These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Constructionarium Saudi website and, where applicable, your application for and participation in programmes promoted, coordinated or supported by Constructionarium Saudi.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting an application, making a payment or participating in a programme.
1. ABOUT CONSTRUCTIONARIUM SAUDI
Constructionarium Saudi provides information, marketing, applications, coordination and support for Saudi students, universities, employers and sponsors interested in participating in Constructionarium programmes in the United Kingdom.

Constructionarium Saudi and Constructionarium in the United Kingdom are separate entities unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement.
2. THE OCTOBER 2026 PROGRAMME
The programme currently promoted through this website is an intensive practical Constructionarium experience in Norfolk, United Kingdom.
The planned Saudi cohorts are:
Cohort 1: 10–16 October 2026
Cohort 2: 17–23 October 2026
Each cohort is planned for a maximum of 18 Saudi students.
Programme dates, schedules, activities and arrangements may be subject to reasonable change where necessary due to operational, safety, travel or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. PROGRAMME PRICE
The advertised programme price is:
27,500 SAR + VAT PER STUDENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this package is intended to include:
* Return economy flights between Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom
*Six nights' twin-room accommodation
*Organised UK programme transport
*Participation in the Constructionarium programme
*Required programme tools, equipment and PPE
*Programme mentor support
*Certificate of completion, subject to successful participation and applicable programme requirements
Any personal expenditure or service not expressly stated as included remains the participant's responsibility.
4. APPLICATIONS
Submitting an application through this website does not automatically guarantee or reserve a programme place.
After an application is received, Constructionarium Saudi may:
*Review the applicant's information
*Contact the applicant
*Discuss programme suitability
*Verify eligibility
*Confirm availability
*Discuss funding or sponsorship
*Request additional information
*Offer a place where appropriate
Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY reserves the right to accept or decline an application where reasonably necessary.
5. ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements communicated for the relevant programme.
The October 2026 Saudi programme is intended for eligible Saudi engineering, construction and related-discipline students and graduates.
Applicants must be capable of travelling to and participating in the programme in the United Kingdom.
Additional eligibility, safety, fitness, immigration or programme requirements may apply.
6. SECURING A PLACE
A programme place is not considered confirmed merely because:
*An application has been submitted
*An applicant has spoken with our team
*An applicant has received general programme information
*An applicant has selected a preferred cohort
A place will only be treated as confirmed once Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY has issued confirmation and any required payment and documentation conditions have been satisfied.
Availability is limited.
7. PAYMENT
No payment is required through the initial online application form.
If an applicant is offered a place, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMYwill explain the applicable payment process.
Payment instructions will be communicated directly to the applicant, parent, university, employer or sponsor as appropriate.
A place may remain available to other applicants until the required payment or agreed deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Where a university, employer or sponsor is paying on behalf of a participant, additional commercial terms may apply.
8. PASSPORTS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport and any visa, immigration permission, authorisation or documentation required to enter and remain in the United Kingdom for the programme.
Constructionarium Saudi may provide reasonable administrative guidance but cannot guarantee the issue of any visa or immigration permission.
Participants must provide requested travel information accurately and within required deadlines.
Failure to obtain the necessary travel documentation may affect the participant's ability to attend and may be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms.
9. FLIGHTS
Where flights are included within the programme package, Constructionarium Saudi will arrange or coordinate appropriate economy travel.
Flight routes, airlines, departure airports, arrival airports and schedules will be determined according to programme requirements, availability and operational considerations.
Once tickets have been issued, changes requested by a participant may result in additional charges.
Airline terms and conditions will also apply.
Constructionarium Saudi is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, baggage issues or other matters outside its reasonable control, although we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.
10. ACCOMMODATION
The programme includes six nights' accommodation based on twin-room occupancy, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Participants may be required to share a room with another programme participant.
Any request for alternative or upgraded accommodation will be subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Participants are responsible for complying with accommodation rules and behaving appropriately throughout their stay.
11. UK TRANSPORT
Programme-related UK transport will be arranged according to the planned programme itinerary.
Participants must follow communicated meeting times and travel instructions.
Additional journeys undertaken for personal reasons are not included unless expressly agreed.
12. PROGRAMME PARTICIPATION
Constructionarium is a practical learning environment.
Participants may be required to take part in physical and practical construction-related activities.
Participants must:
*Follow safety instructions
*Attend required briefings
*Wear required PPE
*Use equipment appropriately
*Follow instructions from authorised personnel
*Behave responsibly
*Respect other participants, instructors and staff
*Attend programme activities punctually
*Report safety concerns immediately
Safety requirements take precedence over programme activities.
13. HEALTH, SAFETY AND FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE
Participants are responsible for informing Constructionarium Saudi of any circumstances that may reasonably affect their safe participation in the programme.
Additional health, emergency contact or safety information may be requested before travel.
Where appropriate, participants may be required to complete declarations or documentation required by Constructionarium or other programme providers.
Constructionarium Saudi or the programme provider may restrict an individual's participation in an activity where reasonably necessary for health or safety reasons.
14. CONDUCT
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the programme, including during:
*Flights
*Transport
*Accommodation
*Constructionarium activities
*Group activities
*Visits
*Communications with staff and other participants
Serious misconduct, unsafe behaviour, harassment, violence, deliberate damage, illegal activity or repeated failure to follow reasonable instructions may result in removal from the programme.
Where removal results from the participant's own serious misconduct, additional travel or accommodation costs may become the participant's responsibility.
15. ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
Participants must not attend practical programme activities while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs or any substance that makes participation unsafe.
Illegal substances are prohibited.
Participants must comply with applicable laws and all programme and accommodation rules.
16. PROGRAMME CHANGES
Constructionarium Saudi and/or the programme provider may make reasonable changes to:
*Activities
*Timetables
*Instructors
*Transport
*Accommodation
*Programme sequence
*Project activities
*Operational arrangements
where required for safety, availability, weather, operational requirements or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where a material change occurs, affected participants will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.
17. CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
If a participant wishes to cancel after securing a place, they must notify Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges or refunds may depend upon:
*The date cancellation is received
*Whether flights have been booked
*Whether accommodation has been committed
*Payments already made to programme providers
*Non-refundable third-party costs
*Whether the place can reasonably be transferred or resold
The detailed rules applicable to cancellation and refunds are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which should be read before payment is made.
18. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY US
In exceptional circumstances, Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY or Constructionarium may need to cancel, postpone or materially alter a programme.
Where this happens, Constructionarium Saudi will communicate with affected participants and seek to provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
*Alternative programme dates
*Transfer to another cohort
*Credit toward a future programme
*A refund where applicable
Any refund may be subject to amounts that are legally recoverable from or refundable by third-party providers, subject to applicable consumer law.
19. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Neither Constructionarium Saudi nor relevant programme providers will be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
These may include:
*Severe weather
*Natural disasters
*Government restrictions
*Border closures
*War or civil disturbance
*Public health emergencies
*Industrial action
*Transport disruption
*Airline cancellation
*Security incidents
*Changes in immigration requirements
*Closure or unavailability of facilities
We will take reasonable steps to manage the consequences of such events.
20. UNIVERSITIES, EMPLOYERS AND SPONSORS
Universities, employers and sponsors may nominate or fund participants.
Submission of an institutional enquiry does not create a binding partnership, sponsorship or financial commitment.
Any formal institutional arrangement may be subject to a separate written agreement specifying matters such as:
*Number of participants
*Fees
*Payment arrangements
*Responsibilities
*Student selection
*Reporting
*Branding
*Intellectual property
*Cancellation
*Data protection
*Programme delivery
Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms and Conditions, the specific written agreement will normally take precedence for the matters it covers.
21. EMPLOYER EVALUATION
Employers may use participation in the programme as one source of information when considering prospective employees.
Participation in Constructionarium does not constitute a guarantee of employment, job offer, recruitment recommendation or professional competence.
Any recruitment decision remains entirely the responsibility of the relevant employer.
Constructionarium Saudi does not guarantee that participation will result in employment.
22. CERTIFICATES
Certificates are subject to applicable programme requirements.
A participant may be required to complete the programme satisfactorily and meet attendance, conduct and safety requirements before receiving a certificate.
A certificate of participation or completion does not constitute an academic degree, professional licence or regulated professional qualification unless expressly stated otherwise.
23. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
Photography and video may take place during the programme.
Where participant images, recordings or testimonials are intended for marketing or promotional purposes, appropriate notice and/or consent will be obtained where required.
Participants should inform us if they have concerns regarding photography or recording.
24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Constructionarium name, logo, educational materials, programme content, technical information, drawings, designs and other intellectual property may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate permission.
In particular, technical drawings and programme materials supplied for use during Constructionarium activities must not be copied or distributed unless expressly authorised.
25. WEBSITE USE
You may use this website for lawful personal, educational or business purposes relating to Constructionarium Saudi.
You must not:
*Attempt unauthorised access to the website or systems
*Introduce malicious software
*Interfere with website operation
*Misuse forms or communications
*Submit knowingly false information
*Copy protected website content for unauthorised commercial use
*Impersonate another person or organisation
26. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We seek to keep website information accurate and current.
However, programme details may change.
Information displayed on the website should therefore be read together with any subsequent written confirmation issued directly to an applicant, university, employer or sponsor.
Where there is a material difference, the specific written booking or programme confirmation will take precedence.
27. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The programme involves independent third parties, potentially including:

*Airlines
*Accommodation providers
*Transport companies
*Technology providers
*Universities
*Sponsors
*Other programme suppliers
Their own terms, policies and requirements may apply to the services they provide.
28. PERSONAL DATA
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
By submitting information through the website, applicants and organisations acknowledge that certain information may need to be shared with relevant programme and service providers where necessary to administer participation.
29. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, Constructionarium Saudi will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Participants remain responsible for their personal possessions and for complying with programme, travel, immigration and safety requirements.
Any limitations of liability will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
30. INSURANCE
Participants should ensure they have appropriate insurance protection for international travel and their individual circumstances.
Constructionarium Saudi will advise participants before travel regarding any programme-level insurance arrangements that apply.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, participants should not assume that programme arrangements replace personal travel, medical or other insurance they may require.
31. COMPLAINTS
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact Constructionarium Saudi as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to address it.

32. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws applicable to the contracting Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY legal entity and the relevant transaction.
Certain programme activities conducted in the United Kingdom will also be subject to applicable UK laws, regulations and safety requirements.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes any mandatory rights or protections available to a participant under applicable law.
33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Constructionarium Saudi by CADREMY may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in:
*Programme arrangements
*Business operations
*Legal requirements
*Service providers
*Website functionality
The latest version will be published on the website with an updated revision date.
Terms applicable to an already confirmed booking will be determined by the terms provided or accepted in connection with that booking, subject to applicable law.
